Returns & Exchanges

At L'Occitane, we want you to be fully satisfied with your beauty experience; therefore, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set to qualify for a reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
